Youth@Work is a program sponsored by the NOVA Workforce Board. It serves as an online employment database and resource operated by the NOVA Youth Employment Program.

The NOVA Youth Employment office is an information-rich environment where young people ages 16-24 learn to conduct effective job searches, research careers, access job listings, find volunteer opportunities, and much more. Friendly, professional staff support youth in making informed choices about jobs, education and careers.

The Youth Program is part of NOVA, a federally funded one stop employment agency that provides customer-focused workforce development services at no cost to our talent pool or employers.
