Can anyone post a job onto Youth@Work?
If you are a business or organization that operates in Santa Clara County you may post your hiring needs on our website. However, be aware that we primarily reach out to youth in Northern Santa Clara County in the cities of Cupertino, Los Altos, Milpitas, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale.
Does your office screen youth candidates?
We can only screen candidates for basic requirements if you post through our online database, not if you post on our Facebook fan page. If a visiting youth matches your requirements, we will provide them with your information.
We do not conduct background checks or drug screening.
How can I post my jobs on your Facebook page?
We would be happy to post it for you. Provide us with a brief description of the position with minimum age requirements, desired hours, and instructions on how to apply. Start by filling out our job posting request form.
How can my organization post volunteer/internship positions?
Just fill out the job posting request form
and indicate that the position is for volunteers or interns.
Is Youth@Work the program where I can host youth as subsidized, volunteer workers?
No, Youth@Work is separate from our Work Experience Program funded by WIA. If you are interested in information about becoming a Work Experience site,
