Organizations/Agencies

If you are an organization that assists youth age 16-24, who live or attend school in Northern Santa Clara county, we would be happy to discuss partnering with you to enhance your youth services. We work with local high schools, community colleges, alternative schools, adult education institutions, and community agencies that provide services to youth. Our staff participates in school job fairs and career days, operate annual job shadow days, and give on-campus presentations.

Parents

Encourage your child to take advantage of our Youth@Work Program. Our programs are designed to assist youth in exploring and developing educational and career goals, as well as to provide support, resources, and guidance to youth to achieve such goals.

If your child is eligible, our federally-funded WIOA program may assist him/her in: improving basic skills, receiving high school diploma/GED, entering college/training or the military and securing employment. Call us to find out more at (408) 730-7640 or have your child apply online.

Mentors

Are you mentoring a youth in their job search? Register to access our Mentor's Guide to support your mentee in career planning, job searching, job retention, and financial literacy. This four-chapter guide includes practical resources and exercises to jumpstart your youth’s career development.
